These terms govern use of the ANNI-Tech website and its interactive features. They are website terms, not a statement of the terms that would apply to a paid software-development engagement, which would be covered by a separate agreement.
1. Acceptance
By using annitech.com.au, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website content
Website content is provided for general information, demonstration and business-development purposes. Descriptions of possible systems, workflows and outcomes are examples and do not constitute a binding offer, specification, warranty or promise of a particular result.
Any paid project, deliverable, price, timeline, intellectual-property arrangement or service commitment would be defined separately in writing.
3. Ask ANNI and AI-generated content
Ask ANNI uses artificial intelligence to produce exploratory responses based on text you provide. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Ask ANNI does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, regulatory or other professional advice.
4. Examples, case studies and performance figures
Program examples on this website are used to demonstrate the kinds of systems ANNI-Tech can build. Internal project names may be omitted or anonymised.
Where a case-study view labels figures as representative, illustrative or scenario outcomes, those figures are not presented as audited client measurements. Actual outcomes depend on the business, data, operating environment, implementation and adoption.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, demonstrations and other site content are owned by or licensed to ANNI-Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the site for ordinary business-evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove branding from, or commercially exploit site content without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or Ask ANNI to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- introduce malicious code or deliberately interfere with service operation;
- submit unlawful, abusive or harmful content;
- automatically extract or overload the service in a way that materially disrupts normal use.
7. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, email, AI, infrastructure or other technology services. ANNI-Tech does not control every aspect of those services and is not responsible for third-party content, availability or independent privacy practices.
8. Availability, warranties and liability
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content or that every feature will always be available.
To the extent permitted by law, ANNI-Tech is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or unverified AI-generated output. 10. Applicable law
These website terms are governed by applicable Australian law. Mandatory rights you have under the law of another jurisdiction are not excluded where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
